Fees

Our fees are comparable with the prevailing charges in our community.

Billing and Collections

Your health care insurance carrier will be billed directly by the Suncoast Heart Institute, PLLC. You will be required to authorize us to collect fees that you have been charged, directly from your insurance company. You will be responsible for providing payment to cover the balance of your bill that is not covered by your insurance carrier. Many insurance companies require you to provide a “co-payment” at the time of delivery of services. Your co-payment will be collected before you are seen by one of our Suncoast Heart Institute, PLLC care providers.

If you have any questions regarding your bill; please contact our billing office directly. The address and telephone number of our billing office will be noted at the top of your bill. We will be happy to assist you with any particular billing questions that you may have. Certain billing/payment and clinical information details will be made available as required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as required, from your (other) healthcare insurance provider, or through our electronic medical record portal (which provides a secure connection with our electronic billing and our clinical management program, CareCloud™).
